Common Sense Media files 'friendly' brief to SCOTUS calling out lack of digital policing
Common Sense Media, a California-based organization that reviews and provides ratings for media and technology with the goal of providing information on their suitability for children, filed an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States December 6.
The “friendly” filing supports a case involving the lack of policing of digital media players, in this case Google via YouTube, and in particular highlighting the differences in impacts of YouTube on the adolescent brain versus adult users.
